About me
Hi, I’m Ajitesh. Most people call me AJ.
“Seeing is one thing, remembering is completely different… But if you write about it, if you write about how you felt, you will never forget.” My mom told me that before a school trip to Himachal Pradesh in the sixth grade, and that is where this started.
Then school, work and eventually life caught up with me. I studied at BITS Pilani in Dubai, did my Master’s at Syracuse, and spent two years at Dr. Reddy’s in New Jersey. In 2025 I came back home to Hyderabad and joined our family business, Ekasila Chemicals.
A few friends pushed me to start writing again, and this is where it all lives now.
Some of what you’ll find here is personal: a trip, a memory, a moment that wouldn’t leave me alone. Some of it is research: the story behind a festival, a myth, or something we all believe but never checked. Most of it is a bit of both.
As usual, my attempt here is not to tell you what to think, but to give you my point and help you form your own opinion.
Every piece ends with The Echo, a thought or a question to carry with you after you close the page.
